This enterprise-based application provides real-time notification of events (bookings, important medical notes) as necessary and as they occur.

This app acts as a clinical decision support tool ensuring that the user is notified of any critical medical information. For example, allergies and adverse reactions are flagged up when relevant. Important disease conditions and patient responses, as documented in éHistory, correlated with test results presented by éLabs might also generate an éAlert. In addition, éAlerts allows enterprise users to create custom alerts. On a more prosaic level, éAlerts also communicates cancelled or emergency bookings. An alert can be accompanied by specific and custom-built instructions.
